Craig Riche
Craig Riche grew up and started his outdoor life in Boise, Idaho. With that came a great education in hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. From chasing antelope across the desert plains, to fly fishing remote high mountain lakes, Craig was in constant pursuit of whatever game was in season. Yet, despite the wide range of game to chose from he developed a passion for waterfowl hunting. As Craig relates:  "I still remember the first spread of goose decoys I ever saw out in the field, my dad & I were on our way home from a long day of phesant hunting listening to the world series on the am radio.  I was enthralled, I had him pull over on the road so I could watch them hunt.  Hard to believe that was 25 years ago! "

His hunting escapades eventually landed him in Eastern Washington where he has guided duck, goose, turkey, and deer hunters for the past 13 years. While there is much work to operating a successful waterfowl guiding service Craig has always enjoyed teaching and helping people learn the art of hunting, from the preseason farming and scheduling of hunts, to the hundred straight days of guiding and scouting, Craig keeps a remarkably upbeat attitude and says, "How many people can say the get paid to do what they love to do?"

Craig has been featured in several outdoor publications including Wildfowl and Wing and Shot Magazine, is co-owner of Columbia Basin Waterfowl Guide Service and Video Productions where he is the CBW video productions field editor and camera operations.  Craig co-produced their "Rest When Your Dead" series waterfowl hunting videos and they are currently working on several projects including a network television outdoor program.  He is on the Avery Outdoors Pro-Staff as well as the Zink Calls Pro-Staff.

Currently residing in the Tri-Cities region of Washington, Craig has a very understanding and patient wife, Amy, a son Kyle and daughters Ashlynn and Graysen. Of course no hunting family is complete with out a hunting dog, and they have two.  It is Craig's personal perspective and energy that has landed him a spot on Team Maniac and we encourage you to meet him at the many venues and events in the Pacific Northwest in the coming year.
