David Onyshko
David Onyshko is 18 years old and lives in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. David has been an avid hunter since he began hunting when he was 12 years old. He was introduced to waterfowl hunting at the age of 14. On his first duck hunt he shot a Mallard and has been hooked ever since. David hunts all around western Pennsylvania. One of David's hotspots is right in a rural area on the Allegheny River.

When David was 15 he received his first call as a gift. Is was a Zink Paralyzer Sr-1. He watched the instructional video over and over until he understood the basics of calling. Now David can do everything needed to bring those weary birds into the decoys.

Ever since receiving his Paralyzer, David has been hooked on Zink Calls. David now has several Zink Calls and uses every one of them. When field hunting David uses his Little Man, Paralyzer, and Money Maker. When hunting over water, David prefers his Birdseye Maple Paralyzer Sr-1. David loves to bring ducks into his spread with his Zink Ph-1 and Ph-2.

After hunting and impressing the birds, David wanted to impress something else, the judges. David has been competing in calling contests for about 3 years now. For goose he uses a Zink Money Maker. For meat duck calling contests David prefers the Zink Ph-2. He really likes the low end of the call on stage. In David's first duck calling contest ever he took first place at the first annual Pittsburgh Sportsman's Warehouse Meat Duck Calling Contest.

In the off season you will find David on the water. He loves to fish for Bass, Walleye, Muskie, and Pike. He fishes anywhere there is water. David also loves to take pictures. David's favorite shots are of birds in flight.
