Zink Calls Pro Staff

Tony Dicarlo

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I vividly remember tagging along with my dad at the age of 10 to hunt waterfowl. Of course I was the dogger at that time, jumping at every oppor tunity to fetch duck ducks and geese. I waited anxiously the month before season opener, getting gear ready and calling skills tuned.

At my current age of 42, nothing has really changed; I still wait anxiously for the season opener but get ready for it the day it closes. During the off season I prepare my arsenal of Zink and Avery products, looking for ways to improve my skills at being the best at fooling waterfowl.

I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with other waterfowl hunters and readily invite anyone who shares the same passion. I love watching hunters see groups of geese locked up and committed. There is no other rush. I generally guide groups of 6 to 8 hunters throughout Southern Ontario from season opener in September to season closure in February.

When I am not hunting or guiding for waterfowl, I am out chasing moose, deer, turkey and a variety of other small game animals.

I currently belong to several hunting organizations promoting the sport of hunting, including the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters and Ducks Unlimited.

I have loved ones involved in many of my hunting experiences, and I must say, there has not been a day that I can recall that has not been filled with memories that will last for a life time. Me and My dad still visit the marshes we hunted 32 years ago.
