Dominique Martin

Dominique lives with his wife and two kids in a little town; Vercheres, Quebec. He was born in Montreal in 1960, grew up in the south shore of Montreal, and started hunting waterfowl on the St-Lawrence River at the age of 12. It didn't take long for him to discover waterfowl hunting was his true passion. 1990, he designed a special fund rising program for Ducks Unlimited Canada, specific for the Province of Quebec. This project enjoyed a great deal of success, and dramatically increased DU Canada's visibility, and enhanced their fund-raising efforts.

At the end of the 1990's he started breeding waterfowl to learn about their behavior and enhance his carving endeavors. Dominique has participated in the Ward World Championship, in Ocean City, MD on a few occasions. Wildlife photography is his newest passion. The activities have become his way of extending the waterfowl season throughout the entire year.

Dominique works as a product developer for several companies, and became a member of Team DX at the beginning of October with the roles of brand manager and liaison with partners and sponsors. Recognized for his passion and participation in the waterfowl word, Dominique was also invited to become a Pit Crew member for D3TV.
