Bryan Buurma

Bryan Buurma grew up exploring the woods in northern Ohio. His earliest hunting memories include tagging along with his dad, pheasant hunting. As he grew older, he continued to pheasant hunt; as well as hunt turkey, deer, elk, duck, goose, and other small game.

Bryan still resides in northern Ohio with his wife, daughter, and dogs. He is a partner at Buurma Farms. He is, also, an upland bird hunting guide at Elkhorn Lake Hunt Club. Bryan is a member of NWTF, HVCHA, and DU. He is a certified scuba diver, as well. When not working or hunting, Bryan can be found fishing Lake Erie, aboard his boat, Walleye Vision.

Above all, BryanŐs passion has always been turkey hunting. Every spring, he can be found in the woods, tucked beside an old oak tree, talking to the big gobbler. He feels Zink products have brought him to a whole new level of ŇexperiencingÓ the hunt. Bryan enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, especially youth. He is always willing to take others hunting, even before his own tags are filled. BryanŐs wife will be the first to tell anyone, during spring; Bryan truly lives turkey hunting, 24/7.

Hunting and fishing have always been a family affair. BryanŐs daughter began hunting at the age of 9, harvesting a beautiful 10-point buck. She received Ohio Big Buck honors, along with Youth Hunter of the Year. During the spring turkey season, she harvested her first longbeard. Bryan called the bird in using Zink Calls. Bryan has called in multiple turkeys for himself, family, and friends using Zink Calls, which he feels are second to none.

After using Zink products, it didnŐt take Bryan long to see why they are at the leading end of the industry. Add great products to an outstanding, knowledgeable staff, and you have a recipe for success. Bryan brings more than 15 years hunting experience to the Zink team. He feels it is an honor to be able to promote Zink products and the Zink name. Bryan is proud to be a part of this outstanding team!
