Zink Calls Field Staff

Aaron Pribyl

My name is Aaron Pribyl. I am 16 years old and I am from Kewaunee, Wisconsin. I am a avid outdoorsman who has a huge passion for waterfowl hunting. Most of my time spent in fall I am either scouting or in pursuit of chasing ducks and geese. Living very close to Lake Michigan there are many opportunities to harvest waterfowl. There are thousands of diver ducks along our shore lines that bring amazing waterfowl action. Much of our farmland is covered in grain fields that brings thousands of migrating birds through annually.

My winter months are spent working as a ice fishing guide targeting walleye and whitefish on the bay of Green Bay. Spring has me hunting turkeys, as well as putting up large numbers of wood duck nesting boxes along rivers and wood duck habitat. In early summer, I am busy banding geese, tuning calls, practicing for calling competitions and going on fishing trips.

I am currently a Delta waterfowl board member for the Packerland region, I am also active with Ducks Unlimited and Greenbay Duck Hunters club. I enjoy hunting and fishing with my family and friends, trap shooting, entering 3-D archery competions and all other aspects of the outdoors. I would like to be an advocate for the preservation of habitat especially for waterfowl.

I believe in teaching and helping others in the outdoors. I hope to grow in the waterfowl industry over the years and to promote the great call manufacture that Zink calls set out to be. I believe that Zink calls has gone above and beyond to ensure success in the field as well as on the stage by producing top notch waterfowl calls.

Calling abilities are something special because it takes time to achieve the right sounds and tones. Practicing is a big part of this and anyone can achieve this if they put their mind to it and be well determined.
